Meliora Creative unveils its first partnership slate.

The Meliora Company has announced the first partnerships for Meliora Creative, its creative IP arm, with Spotwise, OM Sound & Vision and allt.tv, bringing new ways for media and entertainment to be operated, experienced and commercialised.
The partnerships build on Meliora's three-pillar model across Advisory, Ventures and Creative: helping organisations navigate change, investing in emerging technology, and working alongside founders to build and commercialise new products and intelligent experiences.
Clive Dickens, International Managing Partner of The Meliora Company, said Meliora Creative was built around a simple question: what does new AI based technology make possible?
"Meliora Creative gives us a way to give back to the creative industry, bringing our experience and expertise alongside businesses using AI based technology to create new shared experiences and rethink existing ones.
"Spotwise, OM and allt are very different businesses, each is reimagining an established part of the media and entertainment landscape. That combination of creativity, technology and ambition is what excites us."
Spotwise
Spotwise is an agentic operating system for broadcast media. It monitors advertising across radio, TV and podcast in more than 14 countries and runs the work that follows: market research, competitive analytics and share of voice, campaign planning and pricing, delivery verification, pitch preparation and prospecting, with AI agents doing in minutes what a media team does by hand.
Roberts Levics, Co-founder and CEO of Spotwise, said: "For us, the data was just the beginning. What excites us about Meliora Creative is that they understand both the media industry and the opportunity emerging technology creates. Having that experience and those relationships around us will help us take what we're building into more markets."
OM Sound & Vision
OM Sound & Vision is developing a new model for immersive entertainment, using technology to transform existing spaces into hyper-realistic shared experiences at scale.
Developed by the core team behind the design and engineering of the Las Vegas Sphere, OM combines interactive digital-double artist avatars, next-generation 3D audio and immersive visual technology, with a model designed to be deployed at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional large-scale immersive venues.
allt.tv
allt.tv is developing technology that connects content with viewers' mobile devices in real time, creating new ways for broadcasters and commercial partners to build experiences around live media. The company is also developing dynamic capability for audience controls around wagering advertising in response to recent Australian gambling legislation reform.
Through the partnership, Meliora Creative will work with allt on commercial strategy, market development and industry relationships as the business expands in Australia and explores international opportunities. Clive Dickens will also join the allt board.
James Forster, CEO and co-founder of allt, said: "A technology company can build the product, but creating a new category requires more than product alone. It requires an understanding of how these businesses operate, where the commercial pressures sit and how decisions actually get made.
"Across Meliora we are seeing the same shift from different angles. Meliora Advisory helps established organisations navigate change, Meliora Ventures backs founders building into where value is moving, and Meliora Creative gives us the opportunity to work alongside businesses creating the products and experiences that come next."
Founded in 2025, Meliora Advisory is currently working with more than ten international Telco, Media and Technology clients, while Meliora Ventures Fund One recently announced its first close, backing technology businesses developing practical applications of artificial intelligence. The Meliora Company has hubs in Los Angeles, London, Sydney and Auckland, with more than 30 associates working internationally.
